Fault-Tolerant Compiler Collection (ftcc)

To Evan Dobbs to develop the Fault-Tolerant Compiler Collection, a python library which acts as a framework for linking various fault-tolerant compilation tools together in order to perform end-to-end compilation of error-correcte d quantum circuits. ftcc is designed first and foremost to allow for the easy addition of new ft-compilation tools such that new tools and techniques can be quickly integrated with existing tools in order to allow for end-to-end compi lation of fault-tolerant quantum circuits.
